Welcome to Nyocte. By using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration & SMS Verification

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including a valid phone number.
• SMS Consent: By providing your phone number and tapping "Send Code" during registration or login, you expressly consent to receive one-time verification codes via SMS text message from Nyocte (sent from +1 (866) 984-2986). These messages are used solely for identity verification and account security. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your login activity. You may opt out at any time by discontinuing use of the App or contacting [email protected]. SMS verification is required to use the App.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful technology
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the App. By posting content, you grant Nyocte a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines.

6. Group Governance

Groups within the App may establish their own rules and governance structures. Group administrators are responsible for managing their groups. Nyocte is not responsible for decisions made by group administrators or the outcome of group votes.

7. Financial Features

The App provides tools for tracking group contributions and finances. Nyocte does not process payments directly and is not responsible for financial disputes between group members.

8. Content Moderation

Users may report content or users that violate these Terms. We reserve the right to review reports and take appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension.

9. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the App. Account deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period during which you may cancel the request. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyocte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
